Note to Photographers:
In order for the photo canvases to have a more professional look, it is highly
recommended to have them printed on the canvases instead of “gluing” them on
to the canvas.
There are several online vendors who will do this such as:
Amazon.com, Pro Prints, Canvas on Demand, Simply Canvas Prints, etc.
I recommend choosing one that will come with the hardware to be wired, or the
hardware & wire, so you don’t have to attach the hardware yourself. Having the
backing on it is nice too. We can’t hang just a saw tooth hanger.
You could also send the images to Mary Godfrey Photography in Southampton
and she could have the canvases made for you and wire it there. Her store
number is 631-353-3993, email: godfreyphoto@hotmail.com.
Or if you have a photo frame store that is closer to you.
I’m sure they could do the same thing.
Please try to get the 1 ¼ size edge so it is more uniform with the canvases that
SAA is giving out to the painters.
