Improbable Forms at Art Sites Gallery, Riverhead

Improbable Forms is a public exhibition of new mixed-media works on birch panels by SAA member Colin Goldberg. This body of work combines traditional and digital media through the use of a pigment transfer process, resin, and hand-painting.

The exhibition is presented by Peconic Green Growth and was funded by a generous grant from the Huntingon Arts Council and the New York State Council on the Arts. The exhibition will be held at Art Sites Gallery, located at 651 W. Main Street in Riverhead. Improbable Forms will be on display from May 11-June 2, 2013.

There will be a public reception on Saturday, May 11 from 5-7 PM. Refreshments are being graciously provided by Salamander’s in Greenport. Regular gallery hours are Thursday through Sunday 12-5 PM. Please visit the exhibition website : www.improbableforms.com for more information.
