Madeline Daversa’s watercolors are inspired by the open space of the North Fork. Her work reflects the beauty of the farmland, the varied crops, the invisible workers, and all those in our community who are able to partake in the bounty. She hopes to bring awareness to the importance of the preservation of the Long Island farm, the Peconic Bay and the life style that surrounds it.
Madeline Daversa is a Long Island, NY artist. She works with printmaking and watercolor. She is a graduate of SUNY Purchase. She was a public school art teacher, assistant at the Adelphi University printshop as well as a docent at the Museum of Arts and Design. Madeline continues her studies at The NY Academy of Art.
