Pamela Thomson studied fine art at St Martins School of Art in London, a part of London University. Since moving to New York and then Long Island she enjoys painting local landscapes, cottages, gardens and still life.

In recent years her art has been displayed in galleries including Ashawagh Hall, Water Mill Museum, Southampton Cultural Center, the Guild Hall, East End Arts, Quogue Library, and Remsenburg Academy. Her work is also in the permanent collection of the Hampton Bays Historical and Preservation Society and many private collections.
